ENERGETIC 2nd Consortium Meeting in Karlsruhe

ENERGETIC held its second Consortium Meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany, in month 9 of the project.

Last week, on February 1st, 2024, the University of Applied Sciences – Karlsruhe (HKA) hosted the second general assembly of ENERGETIC. With 30 representatives from all partners in attendance, the gathering marked a significant step forward in the collaborative effort to drive innovation in energy technologies.

The meeting, chaired by the coordinators, Tedjani Mesbahi, Ahmed Samet, and Marie Suchanova, started with a warm welcome from the hosts and chairs, setting the tone for a day of fruitful discussions and decision-making.

The agenda covered key aspects of the project’s progress and coordination. Firstly, the morning session focused on overviews from each work package, highlighting updates, achievements, potential challenges, and risk mitigation strategies. With a special emphasis on communication strategies and increasing visibility, the partners explored different methods to enhance project outreach and engagement.

The meeting continued in the afternoon, focusing on project management and coordination matters. Discussions revolved around financial management and upcoming milestones and deliverables. This session ensured alignment with the project objectives and timelines.

Finally, partners addressed other aspects that proved their commitment to innovation and collaboration beyond the core project scope. The meeting concluded with a comprehensive wrap-up, reaffirming the partners’ dedication to the project’s success. With strategic decisions made and actions agreed upon, the Consortium closed with renewed energy and focus, poised to tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the rest of the project.
