Join ENERGETIC’s Final event!

Be part of the discussion shaping the future of smart battery management systems and digital energy solutions in Europe.

As the ENERGETIC project reaches its final stage, this public event will bring together researchers, industry leaders and policymakers to present key results, share lessons learned, and explore how these innovations can be deployed at scale.

The event will connect ENERGETIC outcomes with broader European priorities, including battery intelligence, digital twins, and data-driven energy systems, while fostering dialogue between key stakeholders across the value chain.

Programme: from research results to market perspectives

The ENERGETIC Final Event is structured to provide a coherent journey from technical developments to real-world applications and future market uptake.

The day will begin with a joint welcome from the project coordinators, followed by institutional and European Commission perspectives highlighting the role of advanced battery management systems in Europe’s energy transition.

From smart sensing to predictive modelling

The first technical block will focus on core innovations developed within ENERGETIC, including smart and instrumented battery modules as well as advanced multiphysics modelling approaches for battery prognostics. These sessions will showcase how improved sensing and modelling enable more accurate and reliable battery monitoring.

Following a networking coffee break and poster session, discussions will continue with a focus on data-driven approaches, including multimodal dataset generation and digital twins for battery health and charge monitoring. These contributions illustrate how artificial intelligence and digitalisation are transforming battery management capabilities.

From technology to applications

In the afternoon, the programme will shift towards industrial applications, highlighting how smart BMS solutions are being deployed in both mobility and stationary use cases. Industrial partners will share insights into implementation challenges and opportunities.

Expert discussions and lessons learned

The event will also feature a series of interactive sessions bringing together leading experts from research, industry, and European initiatives:

  • A session on next-generation BMS, exploring emerging trends and collaboration across European projects and alliances (speakers TBC)
  • A discussion on key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the ENERGETIC project
  • A forward-looking session on market uptake and commercialisation, addressing how project results can translate into real-world impact and future business opportunities (some speakers TBC)

Closing the discussion

The event will conclude with closing remarks summarising the project’s main outcomes and outlining next steps for collaboration and innovation in the field.
