FEMTO-ST INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL

We are excited to announce that ENERGETIC will be featured in one of the sessions of the upcoming International Summer School on Electrochemical and Hydrogen Energy Storage, organized by our partner FEMTO-ST, along with FCLAB and the CNRS research group SEEDS. This event will take place from July 8 to 11, 2024, at the UTBM Belfort-France.

About the summer school

The summer school is designed for PhD students, engineers, and master’s students, as well as professionals interested in the latest advancements in future mobility and micro-grid systems. In today’s era of energy transition, the focus on sustainable mobility and the resilience of energy microgrids is more critical than ever. Electrochemical storage and hydrogen energy are emerging as key solutions in addressing these challenges, offering efficient, clean, and versatile energy storage solutions.

What to expect

Over four days, participants will engage in a rich program that includes seminars, courses, tutorials, and practical demonstrations. The sessions will cover advanced training in the applications of electrochemical storage and hydrogen energy, particularly in mobility and energy microgrids. Attendees will delve into the latest technological advances, best practices, and relevant case studies, benefiting from an interdisciplinary approach that spans chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, thermal engineering, and control.

We are pleased to highlight that ENERGETIC will be presented during the second day of the summer school in a session titled “Conf 5 – Academic: ENERGETICS European Project – AI-Based to Improve Energy Storage.” This session will showcase how artificial intelligence is being utilised to enhance energy storage solutions within the framework of the project.

This event will also provide ample opportunities for networking, with presentations and interactive discussions designed to foster collaboration between researchers and industry professionals. Participants will be able to share experiences, exchange best practices, and potentially initiate innovative research projects.
